Dina Amoo

​My name is Dina Amoo. I was born in Ghana, West Africa. I came to the United States in 1998 after finishing high school, Ghana Secondary School at Koforidua, 1997 in Ghana. Married and have three children. I received a Bachelors of science in nursing & Social Work from Elmhurst University and continued to obtain a Masters in Nursing Administration from Aurora University, United States. I started this charity organization because of personal experience growing up in Ghana and to help provide support young, remote village girls/young ladies in Ghana by providing them undergarments, sanitary pads, as well as education on necessary self-care/STI prevent.CEO & President

Sarah Walker-Bending

Sarah Walker-Bending has been a hospice social worker for the past seventeen years. Prior to her years of service in hospice, Sarah was also a child-welfare social worker. Sarah has always been passionate about Africa and serving those in need. In 1999, Sarah spent a year volunteering in Zimbabwe through Visions in Action, where she was a child advocate and researcher. Vivian Mateega

Vivian Mateega is a Regional Director of Human Resources/ Labor Relations for a National Organization. Vivian was first introduced to the nonprofit world as a child with her mother who did a lot of work with the UNICEF and Child to Child program in Uganda, East Africa. She continued her charitable activities through donations from time to time. Vivian, recently joined our charity as a board member taking on the position of Organization/ Program Director. In this role, she will supervise and direct event coordinators and volunteers as we continue to growOrganization/Program Director
