SEW ONE STITCH TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Gathering all garment and cloth artists, sewers, needle workers, quilters, and fabric enthusiasts. G4G GHANA, a not‐for‐profit charity, is looking for volunteers to make reusable cloth maxi pads.
Sanitary supplies are considered a luxury and inaccessible to many. As a result, the majority of girls do not attend school during their menses. At G4G our goal is to encourage young girls in Africa to stay in school and focus on their education.

We Can't Help Everyone, but Everyone can help someone
Education plays a huge role in the growth of a community. Young girls in remote villages in Africa suffer because they miss out on their own education. I want to help them.
The young girls in the rural communities in Africa often miss school because they have their menses and do not have money to pay for feminine products. My name is Dina Amoo, and my team and I are asking for your help to raise money to ship supplies to young girls in remote villages in Ghana as well as the airfare so we can hand-deliver these supplies to them. You can help us to ship flip-flops, panties, and feminine products to these young girls. Your support is crucial to our efforts to ensure that these girls don’t miss the much-needed education. Any donation you make will go a long way in helping us achieve our goal.

We’re so happy you’re here, helping us change the world!
A light has been shone on this very serious problem by the Academy Award -winning best documentary short: PERIOD. END OF SENTENCE . Like the girls in India depicted in this film, we want to educate and empower the girls of Ghana through better feminine hygiene. ” A period should end a sentence – not a girl’s education.
